I’m really excited to have the opportunity to be a regular contributor to Squamish Online. I will be writing at least weekly to begin with and we will see where it goes from there.

As a Life Coach in Squamish I would like to write about topics that you may find interesting and I would love to answer your burning questions as well. “You’re Not Alone” really captures the essence of what life coaching is, an opportunity, to get curious about the events and experiences in your life. This takes place in a safe environment, which is what I would like for this column to be. A chance to reflect on and share the challenges that exist in our daily lives.
